why just have two workflows, one that archives QA builds, and one that archives production builds that both upload to TF?
Not sure if it is related, but starting a few hours ago (about 6) I have been unable to successfully upload any build, connection just times out on upload.
add libswift_Concurrency.tbd in the "Link Binary with Libraries" build phase (and make it optional).
