do i have to write in YES or No?
if license is free, the ownership is mine..?

I build on mac os not ipad. Is it okay the version xcode13.3 on mac 12.3.1 ?
Will my project be judged on xcode or be judged on playgrounds ?
Is it okay to use that version to submit ?

is it okay to run Mac version 12.3.1 not 12.3?
