i have two questions
- I build on mac os not ipad. Is it okay the version xcode13.3 on mac 12.3.1 ?
- Will my project be judged on xcode or be judged on playgrounds ?

As in the Swift Student Challenge's terms and conditions, it lists Xcode 13.3 on macOS 12.3. I would assume that also includes later versions - so that means 12.3.1 is included too.
The document also says it must run on either Swift Playgrounds 4.0.2 on iPadOS 15.4 or Xcode 13.3 on macOS 12.3. So either or should be ok!
