no, I have the same issue, but my colleagues in the development team not. It seems to depend on the Apple ID, because I see on no device(all at least iOS 11) / browser our promotional text of https://apps.apple.com/us/app/estimatex/id1479690183 . The promotional text starts with "Make your task time" and the Description text with "estimateX is an agile relevant task management tool". I think, you should see our promotional text.
To sum up: Yes, I have the same issue.
