I've contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times and have been told that it's under internal review and it's been 10 days since I've heard anything back. If I upload a new app, I will have to notify my current subscribers that they will have to cancel all their subscriptions to the old app and move to the new one. Should I upload a new app? Or should I wait for a reply from customer support, which I don't know when it will come? please help.
