Same issue this morning. That makes it almost 3 days with out even a whisper from Apple. I sent a bug report but it will be at least 1-2 days before I hear back.
This along with the recent WeatherKit issues (and lack or response or help) has made my dive into mobile development extremely frustrating and painted Apple in a bad light. What the hell are we paying our yearly fees for?! It sure aint for developer support or reliable services...

Does anyone know if Apple have SLA requirements in their services? This is getting ridiculous…
Does Apple have an SLA requirement on their services?
Yup they’ve shit the bed again.
Imagine having the resources apple has and releasing something this terrible…
Seems like I’m back up and running. I still want an explanation from Apple though. How are we supposed to rely on this API for production apps? Luckily I’m still on TestFlight.
I also emailed them using their contact form.
I filed a bug report here…

I suggest everyone does the same to get their attention. Absolutely fuming that there has been no an acknowledgment or help from Apple so far. Their status page says everything is fine and it seems they rarely visit these forums.
Joke of a rollout. DarkSky never had these issues.
WeatherKit has been nothing but a disappointment since migrating from DarkSky. I regret the move…will look elsewhere now
I have the same issue. I cache some weather every night for around 300 locations and most nights a bunch of requests fail. I had to write a wrapper around my fetch logic to delay & retry everytime there's a failure.
Same issue. Seems like the service is down.
