When I submit a new build, I just change the build number not the version number. Do I need to change version number also for the new build? I wonder if the reviewer still picks up the old build. I'm new to ios development.

I'm not sure since the screen shot that they show is for 'Photo Library' and also I don't see that screen shot that they attached either on my device or simulator. I'm going to add new description for the camera part and upload a new version to see if it'll solve the issue. Thanks
