I do not understand why this happened :(
Anyway, I opened the provisioning profile in developer.apple.com, saved without any changes, deleted profiles from ~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning\ Profiles and manually downloaded from Xcode again. Than it works. Thanks everyone for help.
