Enrolment Process - Multiple Purchases with no progression
Dear Apple Developer Forum Community, I am reaching out to seek assistance with an ongoing issue we have encountered during the enrollment process for the Apple Developer Program. Despite making the purchase four times (with no refunds), we are continually encountering roadblocks preventing us from completing the enrollment process. Our journey begins with the confirmation email acknowledging our order, followed by subsequent emails indicating that our enrollment request has been received and accepted. However, upon attempting to review the Program License Agreement link in the email, we are redirected back to the purchase page, thus perpetuating a frustrating cycle of incomplete enrollment. This issue has persisted for several months, greatly hindering our development efforts. We have diligently attempted to resolve the matter through email correspondence and by seeking assistance from Apple Support in South Africa. Unfortunately, our efforts have been met with limited success, as we are unable to request a call back due to our country's area code not being supported. The only guidance they could give was posting on this forum or getting a UK number, which is not possible at this stage. As a development team based in South Africa, we are committed to adhering to the necessary legal agreements and fulfilling all requirements for enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. However, the current obstacles prevent us from doing so effectively. We are reaching out to the community in the hopes of finding a resolution or gaining insights from others who may have experienced similar challenges. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated as we endeavour to overcome this hurdle and continue our development journey with Apple. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
