I already did all the steps above... I agreed to all I had to agree to, tried to work with auto provisioning on and off, cleaned up the Keychain so that nothing old or expired / duplicate was left... But still it doesn't work, always same message!

Yes, the problem was solved by bringing the aTV to an Apple Store: device replaced, no questions asked!
