I making mobile device management application(mdm app). Mdm app is planning apple review. But mdm app install and use from the mdm command. If i can’t hand over mdm command environment, how does apple reviewer review and check pass it?

Hi, We asked Apple to give us access to the contacts memo field. https://developer.apple.com/contact/request/contact-note-field But there is no response to the request. Please let me know how I can get a reply.
