When I create a WKWebview, do we have a call back for WKWebview Network Process didFinishLaunching? Or do we have a way to find out current app corresponding com.apple.webkit.Networking process has been created?

I observed a crash which only happens on iOS 16.2. I have heard that iOS 16.2 Beta exist a problem: AirPlay crashing after a couple of seconds when using third-party apps. I wonder whether below crash is related to AirPlay crashing bug.
