Sometimes CXEndCallAction is triggered by either iOS or the user. Is it possible for iOS to trigger it due to the low battery or any other reason?

Starting iOS13 I see a strange behaviour in the keyboard when app goes to background state and comes back to foreground state. It seems origin.y value is changed incorrectly.
