Does iOS trigger CXEndCallAction?

Sometimes CXEndCallAction is triggered by either iOS or the user. Is it possible for iOS to trigger it due to the low battery or any other reason?

I'm on the same situation, sometimes my app gets a spurious CXEndCallAction in the middle of a call, even when the call has been going on for minutes. What could trigger that?
