Hello guys,
Been an iOS indie dev full time 2009 - 2015. And part time till now.
So I made a simple app to download GIF images from tweets using Twitter API. Tested all works ok and submitted.
2 days ago, got a reply from Apple that my app is not complying section 5.2.3 - App that downloads content from 3rd party, must have permission for those content. Obviously users can download copyrighted GIF from CNN tweets for example... (I am a bit confused because, how about Chrome browsers? It can do the same thing why isn't that a problem?)
So I add a disclaimer requiring user to agree that whatever they download will be only for personal use, and resubmit. Today another rejection -Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality
It is a tool to download GIF, even able to modify the GIF frame rate and speed. I would not add any more features to it, lest it ceased to be a GIF downloader.
Have never encountered such ridiculous rejection before. Any idea how to pass the review for such apps? Or should I just forget it and release on android instead?

I have app removed from sale.
That same app is also in a bundle that has also been removed from sale.
But i cannot remove the app from my Apps page as it says the app is part of a bundle.
I can't remove the app from the bundle either, there is just arrange button.
I have OCD and dislike clutters in my Apps page. Pls apple fix this. Or maybe I have missed out the way to do it, the pls advice.
Thanks
