Same issue, FaceTime works, but Logi pro and Logi stream does not work, only a black screen. I have connected it to the display LG ultra fine and to actual developer Mac mini unit, same result. When I try to add virtual background, it says unable to do so because not running computer with an i5 processor. Skype has the same issue, except all I get is a white screen without any options.
