I have the same issue. My own team shows, but I am part of another team, I think an individual. It shows up online in the menu as an option but not in Xcode.

Same exact issue. Impossible to work. And I'm not lacking for power:
CPU: 2.6 GHz 6-Core i7
16GB RAM
Computer only a few months old, and Xcode 11 worked like a charm.
