I'm having trouble enrolling into the Apple Developer Program. I've seen several threads in this forum regarding this matter, some state that the reason many people can't enroll in the Developer Program is that the minimum age of applicants must be eighteen or higher. I never saw this confirmed anywhere by an Apple employee nor could I find this in the Terms of Service. If someone could guide me towards official documentation stating the requirements for the application process I'd highly appreciate it.
