Same issue, hopefully they're going to solve that ASAP.
Since two days ago in my report payment appears "Expected Payment Date" 23 August. I also contacted with them iTunes Finance Support through mail, and they replied me with the following message:
"Hello, Please continue to check App Store Connect and let us know if you do not receive payment by August 25." That seems like that my payments on hold have been solved and going to be paid in the following dates between 23 and 25 of August.
Am gonna wait till that date to mark as solved!

I am facing the same issue, the message I received the past 6 July. I've contacted the Financial Support, and today I've received the following message:
_"Thank you for your message. We are in the process of reviewing your account, as we have noticed irregular activity.
Please continue monitoring App Store Connect."_
Can you tell me if you have solved? Regards!
Hey, same issue here since the past Thursday 6 July. How much time take the review? The payment when is resumed in the current month after review or postponed to next month. Hope anyone can provide me a response.
