Hello everyone, I have developed an app and released it in the form of a paid app, recently I discovered a strange sign from the statistics, that is, my app is having too many refunds, you can see the image Attached for more details. I suspect fraud here, because I've heard about how to take advantage of Apple's refund policy to use paid apps for free. Specifically, the user will buy the app and install it, then request a refund, once successful they will be able to continue using the app. I'm not very familiar with how to handle this case, so I also requested support from Apple, but I have requested 3 times and still have not received support. So I hope everyone here can help me. Is there a way to check if the user has been refunded to prevent access to the app? Thank you very much!
