Buddy, I wrote 15 e-mails, made four calls. It's been a week and no response. I've already sworn that if I get one more reply, "We'll get back to you in 2 business days", I'll break my MacBook in half. It's funny we've been waiting over a week for an electronic license anyway. The only thing I've found on the internet, "outside of appl's site of course" is to send your ID to appl at this address https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload but be warned, you'll have to wait another 2 business days for verification.
