Discover Airplay devices not on the network

I am developing an app that is used to configure wireless, streaming amplifiers. The app currently redirects the user to the iPhone's settings to discover and setup Airplay devices on the network. How does the Settings app discover Airplay devices that are not on the network? I would like to implement this in the app so that the user is no longer directed to leave the app to set up the amplifier.

Wanting to open Apple Music from app

Hi all,I developing an iOS companion app for a streaming amplifier. In the app, I want to give the user the option to go to one of five streaming apps that they can navigate to to start streaming on their amplifier. I have not been able to find the universal link for the Apple Music app. Is this something that is public, or that I would be able to use?Thanks,Austin
