Thanks for response @DelawareMathGuy, makes sense.
Take away - I should not have presumed that SwiftUI property wrapper behaves the same way as regular variable in terms of managing memory.
Never mind, I did not know that I need to enrol in Apple Dev program in order to test on beta OS.
