The situation looks so weird because tech support even stopped responding to emails.
Since September, I've been trying to pay for a developer account. I used:
different banks
different providers (MasterCard and Visa)
different types of cards (debit and credit)
Each time, like a prayer, technical support insists that the problem is on the side of financial structures. Damn! I even made screenshots of chat with the bank that they have no restrictions on the transfer of money.
I can use ApplePay, I can pay for purchases in AppleStore, but I can’t pay for the account.
Can you say frankly why this is done?
