Hello everyone,
The issue is just as it is stated in the title. I requested a refund for a purchased application and it was accepted. However, I did not get the money back to my debit card nor to my appstore account. I tried contacting my bank but theh told me I need to contact apple.
Can someone please advise if it takes apple a while to send back the money for the refunded item?
