After upgrading to Xcode 14 I can no longer run on my iPhone 12 running iOS 15.7. It appears the 15.7 SDK is missing. In fact there are no iOS 15 SDKs anymore. I've rebooted both my iPhone and Mac Pro numerous times without success. So far Xcode 14 is a disaster. Thanks Apple!
Note: I had to delete and re-install Xcode from App Store after the upgrade from the developer download broke all Swift Package loading. How do I re-install iOS 15.x SDKs?

Upgraded to XCode 14 and now all swift packages in the project do not load... says "Missing Package Product". This worked in XCode 13 and there were no changes to the project. These packages are being loaded though URLs - not local - using https:// protocol.
I've tried "update packages" and "reset packages" with no success.
When I connect my iPhone to my 2019 Mac Pro, the WiFi connection on the phone says "No Internet Connection" even though it is still connected WiFi. Disconnecting from the Mac restores the internet - however I need internet while being connected to debug on device. All latest OS versions.
My iPhone 8 connected exactly the same way works fine. What gives?

Recovery console doesn't work.
Yellow light just keeps flashing.
How do I get this thing working again?
I have time machine backups if that matters.
$500 paperweight at the moment
Intel machine running Big Sur Beta is NOT an option (thats why I have the DTK!)
