Example: the period for October 2020 is Start date: 27/09/2020
End date: 31/10/2020
I want to know the date 02/02/2020 means UTC+0 or PST or PDT or any other timezone. Does it related to the region where i am?
I noticed that the Sales and Trends Report has exact explanation - https://itunespartner.apple.com/movies/articles/sales-and-trends_reports about timezone, but there is no document for Financial Report.
