I can get the days included in a monthly financial report by Apple's fiscal calendar

Example: the period for October 2020 is

  • Start date: 27/09/2020

  • End date: 31/10/2020

I want to know the date 02/02/2020 means UTC+0 or PST or PDT or any other timezone. Does it related to the region where i am?

I noticed that the Sales and Trends Report has exact explanation about timezone, but there is no document for  Financial Report.
