I've tried .supplementalActivityFamilies([.medium]) to prevent Live Activities from being forwarded to the watch, but it still displays in Dynamic Island Compact mode. Is there any solution to fully hide Live Activities on the watch?

Same here, and I have no clue how to fix it. As far as I know, it crashes on the first saveContext and only once. The model change is suitable for automatic migration.
You can try create a new wallpaper to Pride or Community theme, these two works for me.
