If their device does not support iOS 13, they will continue to use the older version and won't be able to upgrade. Will they also still be able to download the older version from the App Store if it is deleted from their device?

App clip card no longer shows after choosing "View in Safari" how to reset that preference?
Having a way to reset this Safari preference would be very helpful if someone wishes to be presented App Clip cards once more. Would love to hear if there is a way to do this! Thanks for any help!
