Hi! I just got the same message.
Jumped through all the hoops to get the issues resolved and this morning it was rejected with the exact same message and no reply or any other details.
Anyone got this resolved - or any other news on this?
Or is it just simple back to the drawing board - upload new binary and resubmit?
