No update ... I used the feedback app to let Apple know this issue is present in iOS 16.

It's a global var (top level) defined in a the iOS-app. The file has a target membership to both the iOS and WatchOS-app. In the WatchOS-app the targetName of the iOS-app is not usable.
I changed the name of the variable to: popmusic. And that works.
Here also the problem in beta 4 (and beta 3). If this bug is not corrected users can't see title and artist information and also no album art can be shown. My feedback report is also: open and recent similar reports: none. I'll put a link to this thread in the feedback.

Here also fixed in beta 5 and 6 in tvOS and iOS. Both observeValueForKeyPath and AVPlayerItemMetadataOutputPushDelegate.
I'm not sure if this was a problem in macOS also? My radio-app also runs on macOS. Anyone?
