as a follow up.
Apple did allow it to go through on appeal. Took close to 2 weeks for the appeal.
No reason, just an email saying it was ok and being processed.
I suspect it was because my client and server apps LOOK similar, but they operate totally differently.
hopefully this will be the end of it for the next update
