I am trying to enroll to create an Apple Developer account using this link: https://developer.apple.com/enroll/. I get a message saying: Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. I have checked similar problems and all of them say that the problem happens because I have to be older than 18. I checked my birthday and it is set correctly (I am older than 18) and it still shows the same message.
