Im also facing this issue with an app build from Xcode 14.1

Why can't we still delete app bundles in 2022, surely it's not that difficult to implement?

Yeah im also using bitbucket and getting the following error: Connecting Xcode Cloud with your source control provider was incomplete.

I managed to fix this by removing the app from sale and then making it available again but definitely seems like a bug!
