Also having this issue.
We needed to rename our app, but keep the app id. On android this is no problem at all of course, but here with apple this is a disaster. We removed the app from store like apple advised us, but now we cannot use the app id for the renamed app!
Seriously this is terrible how apple treats developers and customers...
