In theory, I'm sure you could point a VPN at a local addressBut To create a VPN we have to provide server's address. So what will be the server address here?

Thanks for the reply.But there are many apps available on Appstore like Charles which capture and inspect the network traffic(HTTP request and response) generated by the other apps in the iOS device. I hope they are using Packet Tunnel capability available on Appstore.
