According to Apple Developer Guidelines, you can not use a promotional offer for the same package when the user will cancel the transaction. You must include the other package of subscriptions (e.g yearly plan) in the same window or within another display but visible from the primary display accessible with a button like “more offers”, “more plans” or a simple arrow button.
Simply you can’t manipulate the users if they don’t want to buy a subscription by presenting them a “promotional “ offer.
