I have been trying to update my iPad Pro 10.9 to iso 14 since the update came out. It has been on the charger, have tons of storage, but it still won’t update. I have tried restarting it, restoring settings, leaving it over night and nothing has worked. It always hits preparing update and then I get an error!!! Can someone please help me?
