Hi, On 27th May I submitted a request to change our company name on our Enterprise account. It's the same name but without 'plc'. A day later you requested a legal document showing the name change, and within a few days I supplied a Companies House document showing the name change. 3 months has now gone by, I have asked weekly if there is any update, only to be told "the company name change request can take an undetermined amount of time, and I am currently unable to provide a timeframe to resolution." We have corporate apps to deploy, and I'm against a brick wall, I can't get any real timescale or any escalation path to resolution. Maybe I don't understand the work involved here, but it's a company name change and I supplied a legal document, is there really that much to do apple? Is there any way I can escalate or speak to someone who knows what's actually going on? Any help massively appreciated.
