In my case, it was connected to the removed app.
Hello,
I am not sure that it will work.
But in my case, first I updated my Xcode
and power off my iPad to restart it
And I disconnected and reconnected USB C cable a few times
and then closed setting app and turnoff … finally it showed in the end.
