Just posting an update after 12.5 got released:
. Macbook Air M1 (upgraded from 12.3.1 to 12.5): Both apps continue working
. Macbook Pro I7 (12.4). Can't upgrade yet
. Mac Studio M1 Max (upgraded from 12.4 to 12.5): Both apps continue failing with the same error logs
This hints the problem is not on the OS, might be a timing problem?

Yes, we made few tests, the error does show even after we remove the ‘com.apple.developer.game-center’ entitlement, on the entitlement file.
