Hi guys,We generated a small revenue (50 Euro) with our App and we just received the funds from Apple Distribution Intl (based in Luxembourg). We need to make an invoice but I do not know what amount I should invoice.. is this 40 Eur + 10 Eur VAT(20%)? Or Just 50 Eur without VAT?We are a Luxembourg based company and this is quite a mistery..Thank you!Mattia
