Hi! You can use NFC in the Shortcuts for personal automation, but it is only available with iPhone XS or later and iOS 13.1 or later. With other devices, you won't be able to see that option.
Hi! Please check you’re on the latest iOS version. Also verify that you have updated WhatsApp to the latest version available in the App Store.

Hey! This should be something that Google must fix. It doesn’t depend on the iOS version. Will be a different situation if you were in beta. You may want to contact them through their support page, also check any new version for the Google app.
