Xcode 14 still has the same issue... Could this be fixed please? It doesn't sound like a big deal. Thanks a lot.

Hi @james_ma, have you ever solved it? Stuck on the same issue, right now and would be happy about any hint. Also found several GitHub and StackOverflow questions... All not answered.
Unsuccessfully tested on real device (Apple Watch 8, 45mm, watchOS 10.3) and Xcode 15.2.
