I'm experiencing the same issue, for the Mac version of my app, hopefully its resolved soon...
Web console shows: "Error 500: UNEXPECTED_ERROR, An unexpected error occurred on the server side. If this issue continues, contact us at https://developer.apple.com/contact/."
