It seems that there are tools available for tracking in-app events and attributing users to a specific ads campaign, ads group and keyword.
Apple Search Ads have called these tools MMP(Mobile Measurement Partners). As said "To help measure your campaigns’ performance, you can integrate with a mobile measurement provider (MMP). MMPs interact with various marketing channels independently to count app downloads and monitor postinstall events."
Not sure whether this is what you need, but maybe you can refer to the new feature appflow.ai released: You can measure Apple Search Ads post-install performance at the level of ads campaign, ads group and keywords.

Maybe it is because it has data delay for 48 hours?
There are keyword research tools, data analysis tools, bidding automation tools, and competitor research tools. If you want to measure the performance of Apple search ads, appflow.ai is a post-install attribution tool, providing attribution data at the ad channel, ad campaign and keyword level.
