I also have the same question. I'm on Windows 11 and have the latest iCloud for Windows according to the Microsoft Store. I am also on the the latest 16.2 beta for iPadOS, iOS, and tvOS, on my devices to use the Advanced Data Protection for iCloud, however when I try to sign in to iCloud for Windows I get a message to update to the latest version of iCloud for Windows.
