I enrolled and payed for Apple developer program on 16 Jan, today is 25 Jan and I still haven't heard from apple, I also tried to reach out using "contact us" section and I opened a support case, they claimed they will response within two business days but that didn't happen... It is also worth mentioning that I received an order acknowledgment email on the same day that I payed.
