Day 27 - No response, No resolution.
Day 27 - Attempted to call internationally to Singapore developer support. Input my phone number for a call back when agent was ready. Was called back immediately and placed on hold for 35 minutes before hanging up.
Attempted to open developer account using different AppleID based in United States. Was double charged, and after logging in from portal, I am prompted to submit payment a third time.
Day 28 - Developer account still not opened. No response from Apple team regarding original post.
After attempting to open a personal developer account just to get the devs working, my credit card was charged 2 times for the same account (Day 27 above) and an additional time for another account. I now have a total of 3 charges ($300) to my credit card, none of which have resulted in successfully opened developer account. In addition to the original charge in the original post.
I will initiate chargebacks with the credit card company for these charges. Posting screenshot of Apple saying won't refund CC despite 3 charges to same card for same account.
Day 29 - Looks like finally there is some progress. The main company developer account is now open and I was able to add devs to start working. Currently there is one posted charge to the credit card, and another pending charge. I can confirm one of the pending charges was removed, but there is still an open pending charge. There are three emails which tried to open accounts. bruno at beeprentals dot com (the correct one - company account), info at beeprentals dot com (a personal dev account attempt which was charged twice - needs to be removed), and bna858 at gmail dot com(a personal dev account which was charged once - needs to be removed). I do not know which charges correspond to which accounts. — BrunoNiko less than a minute ago
Hi Claude, thanks for the reply. Yes the % would be handled through the server. That part of the equation is relatively simple.
My main concern is how to pass the affiliate attribute through the App Store download to the user’s app. Do you have any ideas for that?
